Do you offer returns?
On the spot- check the order and u can give it back to the delivery guy. You can return or exchange your set within 3 days of delivery for a small 3 JOD. We’re happy to help make sure you find the perfect fit for your little one.

We currently ship within Amman, Jordan only.

What materials do you use?
We use soft, high-quality fabrics carefully selected for comfort, durability, and everyday wear. Our pieces are made from a premium blend of 65% cotton and 35% polyester, combining the natural softness and breathability of cotton with the strength, stretch, and wrinkle resistance of polyester.
The result is a fabric that feels gentle on little skin, holds its shape, and stands up beautifully to playtime, washes, and all of childhood’s little adventures.
How should I care for my Patch & Puddle pieces?
Machine wash cold (30°C).
Do not bleach.
Do not tumble dry.
Iron on low heat.
Dry clean if needed.
